Terms of Service

Welcome to MakeMyDay. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them; they're short and in plain English.

1. What MakeMyDay is

MakeMyDay sends you one personal message each morning over WhatsApp, in a category you choose (for example a joke, a tip, or a fact). The service is one-way: the daily message is the product, and you don't need to reply to anything.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account on a number you control. By signing up you confirm the WhatsApp number you provide is yours and that you consent to receive daily messages at it.

3. Free trial, pricing & billing

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, the service is $1 per month, billed through our payment provider until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time.

4. Your messages & consent

By signing up you ask us to send you a daily message via WhatsApp. You can change your category or delivery time, pause messages, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Messages are delivered through WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

5. Content disclaimer

Daily messages, including jokes, tips, facts, and sports recaps such as World Cup results, are provided for entertainment and general information only. They are generated automatically and may occasionally contain mistakes. They are not professional, medical, financial, legal, or betting advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service: no using it unlawfully, no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no signing up with a number that isn't yours. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Service availability

We work hard to deliver every message, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery; WhatsApp, networks, and third parties are outside our control. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeMyDay is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any amount greater than what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
