1. What we collect

• Account info: your name and email (or the basic profile from Google if you sign in with Google).
• Delivery info: your WhatsApp phone number, country, chosen category, tone, and preferred delivery time.
• Service data: the daily messages we send you and basic delivery status.
• Payment info: handled by our payment provider. We receive your subscription status. We never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use it

• To create and personalize your daily WhatsApp message.
• To deliver it at your chosen time.
• To manage your trial, subscription, and account.
• To keep the service working and improve it.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make the service run, and only as needed:

• Supabase: secure database, authentication, and hosting.
• Google: "Sign in with Google" (if you use it).
• Google AI (Gemini): generates your message text.
• WhatsApp / Meta: delivers your message.
• PayPal: processes subscription payments.
• Vercel & Railway: host the website and the message-sending service.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal information, except where we're required to keep limited records (for example billing records for tax purposes).

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time: update it in your dashboard or email us. You can also stop messages instantly by pausing or cancelling.

6. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Children

MakeMyDay isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the date above when we do. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
